If you’re a fan of Dexter, this book will appeal to you. It really started to feel like a “Young Dexter” book.

Lane is a normal teenager, who does normal things like martial arts, work at a vet’s office, and keep her grades up. Oh, and Lane might also be a serial killer. When a famous serial killer comes to Lane’s hometown, she starts to learn new things about herself, not all of which are good.

Reasons I liked it:

-If you look deep, Lane offers some interesting introspection.

-The overarching storyline was intriguing and kept a good pace.

-The ending was a pleasant surprise.

S.E. Green offers a nice, quick read with an interesting concept. If you have time, I would recommend picking this one up.
